Saving individual frames

To save an individual frame (rather than Saving Captured Webcam Session to AVI)
in the preview window right click the frame you wish to save (you must right click in an area free of stickers/backgrounds)
select Save Current Image to File

by default it will save the image as a 320x240 JPG file to your My Documents folder, you can navigate to a new location and you may also edit the file name if you wish.
once you are satisfied with the location and file name click Save
then select Yes or No at the save stickers too? prompt.
